Certificate learners will take an extra tutorial day to build a deeper level of skill and understanding. They then must demonstrate that they are capable to deliver the programs they promote ongoing and ensure high standards of this delivery.

All learners have an ILM Qualification Induction, receive a course textbook with other materials and receive regular tutorials and support. Typically, the level 3 Award program would include 2-4 one-day workshops, Certificates and Diplomas significantly more depending on the units selected. Challenge Consulting have an ethos of tailoring delivery to participants in order that they can directly apply what they have learned within their work.
Participants can access the Certificate directly by completing the same units as the Award. The only changes would be in the third unit which requires learners to demonstrate their ability to plan, deliver and review at least 12 hours of coaching instead of 6 hours. There will also be an added focus on attaining a deeper level of skills and experience.
